Mike Spillane Founder & Principal Consultant
Mike’s banking career started in June 1980 with First Wisconsin National Bank in computer operations and systems programming. From 1986 until departing the bank in 1999, then known as Firstar, he held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of First VP of Delivery Systems. Mike joined Guaranty Bank as their Senior VP and CIO
Mike’s banking career started in June 1980 with First Wisconsin National Bank in computer operations and systems programming. From 1986 until departing the bank in 1999, then known as Firstar, he held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of First VP of Delivery Systems. Mike joined Guaranty Bank as their Senior VP and CIO. During his time with Guaranty, Mike served several different executive positions including EVP and CFO. In 2017, Mike joined Marine Credit Union as their SVP of Loan Quality and Credit Risk. He retired as the SVP of Business Transformation Solutions.
